Nem tartalmaz tiszta aszkorbinsavat, hanem kalcium-aszkorbátot, ami az aszkorbinsav sója. Nincs gyomorirritáló tulajdonsága, ezért olyan emberek is fogyaszthatják, akiknek érzékeny a gyomruk.
