Én mit szedek?

Januári hírlevél 

Ígértem még a múlt évben, hogy lesz egy levél azzal kapcsolatban, hogy én mit is tartok fontosnak saját magam, vagy akár kibővítve a család számára. Mi az amit rendszeresen vagy alkalomszerűen be-bekap az ember?

Bizonyára sokan tudják, hogy a NutriLAB-nál elég sok a folyékony készítmény. Folyékony C, folyékony D3, gránátalma, goji, acai és még sorolhatnánk. Hát ez nem véletlen, ugyanis képtelen vagyok kapszulát vagy tablettát lenyelni. Vannak még ilyenek a földön, gyakorlatból tudom. Minden elismerésem azoknak, akiknek ez simán megy, de én még a Szép Álmokat kapszulánkat is szétszedem és beleszórom a vízbe (komló és macskagyökér az összetétele).

Egy szakmai dologra hívom fel a figyelmet itt:

A kemény zselatin kapszulák, tehát azok amiknél jól látható, hogy két kapszula félből áll: SZÉTSZEDHETŐEK.

Mit jelent ez a gyakorlatban?

Hogy nyugodtan szedjük szét és legyünk kreatívak. Cinnamon fahéj kapszulát vagy akár a kurkuma kapszulát így fűszerként is szoktam használni. Kurkumához nagyon nehéz hozzájutni egyébként.

Ami ebben a  szétszedős dologban még fontos, hogy le tudják ellenőrizni ízleléssel is, hogy tényleg az van e a kapszulában, amit mondanak. NutriLAB Fahéjnak pl. nagyon finom illata is van, ráadásul ceyloni fahéj.

Amerikai tőzegáfonyát ha szétszedem, akkor rátudom szórni a gyerek joghurtjára és elkeverni. Nagyon finom savanykás áfonya íze van. Magában is fogyasztható, mint por (ezt én szoktam elkövetni). Felfázáskor kifejezetten ajánlatos, mint az étrend része.

Nézzük a vitaminokat. Nem vagyok a nagy vitamin dózisok híve, kivéve a D vitamin. A C vitaminnak semmiképp, napi 500 mg-nál megállnék, kivétel ha beteg valaki. Komoly megfázás esetén a napi 1000 mg az elmegy. Ha bele gondolunk abba, hogy 1 narancsban kb. 50 mg C-vitamin van. Ahhoz, hogy 1000 mg legyen napi 20 narancsot meg kéne enni, ha természetes dolgokban gondolkodunk. Ki az aki napi rendszerességgel megkívánna 20 narancsot. Szerintem ez a szervezet egyoldalú megterhelése, hosszú távon. De ez a saját véleményem, ettől még elfogadom ha valaki úgy dönt, hogy nagy adag C vitamin fogyaszt.

Folyékony C vitamint azért szeretem, mert rugalmasan adagolható. Mindenkinek van pogácsás napja, amikor a napi rohanásba este hazaér és akkor jön rá , hogy nincs otthon gyümölcs, egész nap csak pogácsát evett. Boltba elmenni már nincs idő. Hát ilyenkor nagyon jól jön a hűtőben ott várakozó folyékony C vitamin. Ekkor szoktam többet inni.

Ugyanez elmondható a Folyékony D3-ra is. Ha kinézek az ablakon és látom, hogy már megint egy fénytelen szürke téli nap van, akkor szívesen iszok a D3-ból. De azt máskor is megteszem, itt nagyon el tudom fogadni akár a 4000 NE napi bevitelt is.

Még röviden a gránátalma sűrítményről, mint nagy kedvencről. Ő a készenléti piros gyümölcsünk. Nagyon fontos a színanyagok miatt a színes gyümölcsök, zöldségek rendszeres fogyasztása. Ezek segítik a szervezet természetes antioxidáns folyamatait. Gránátalma sűrítmény egy szintén praktikus ital. Napi egy korty önmagában vagy férfiaknak nagyon ajánlom 1 deci vörösborral (már akinek szabad). Férfiak ezt szeretni szokták. Feleségek figyelem!. Itt jegyezném meg, hogy a férfiakat nagyon nehéz rábeszélni bármi kapszulára. Érdekes módon a gránátalma sűrítmény mindenkinek bejön és egészséges is.

Természetes van más is, amit beszedek. Nagy vonalakban, hogy elkerüljem a hosszú hírlevél olvashatatlanságát ezt a hármat emeltem ki. Többit majd másik hírlevélben. 

Közben érkezett egy kérdés azzal kapcsolatban, hogy ha kivesszük a kapszulából az alapanyagot és úgy fogyasztjuk el, nem sérül e? Kapszulának nincs e valami védő funkciója?

Számítottam erre a kérdésre. Az étrend-kiegészítőkben inkább praktikus, olcsó hordozó szerepük van a kapszuláknak. Gyógyszereknél igen, előfordul hogy az alapanyag tulajdonságai meghatározzák a gyógyszerformát, de itt ilyenről nincs szó. 

A NutriLAB kapszula héjai egyébként a CapsCanada termékei, Kanadában készülnek. Hosszú távon is biztonsággal lehet fogyasztani. Jobb szó nincs rá, mert tényleg elfogyasztásra kerülnek:)
